Spiritual and Physical Evolution: In Contemplative Hindsight of 2020

Looking back on the Covid-19 evolution of 2020, we will reflect on our own evolving and devolving during the pandemic. We must encounter the unwanted to be able to recognize the wanted in times of change. How have we changed physically? How have we grown spiritually? What brought out the best in us? What brought out the worst in us?

Evolution is happening physically due to the pandemic. Our brains changed with each new experience. Did you have anything to say about which way your brain went? Our world changed daily in wonderful and horrifying ways. Our behavior changed daily as we woke up to the meaning of pandemic. What dark night did you encounter and where did it take you spiritually?
